Any Information processed by GetGo in connection with this Privacy Policy is controlled by Cebu Air, Inc. You may access or correct your Information online. If you wish to obtain a copy of or delete your full Information held by us, please contact us in writing.

  • Your name, postal address and signature
  • A signed authority from any third party whose data you request on their behalf, subject to presentation of any government-issued ID containing the photograph and signature of both you and the third party whose data you request, so that we can verify your authority and identity

Should you disagree with this Privacy Policy and would like to close your account in GetGo, please contact us to have it addressed. Once the account is closed, we shall securely dispose all Information about you. Some information may remain in backup copies and logs for up to ninety (90) days but shall not be used for any purpose other than legally required. Accounts which are inactive for more than one (1) year shall be deactivated, and four (4) years thereafter shall be closed.
